What's up, my name is Ray-Minh Wheeler-Hall and I am one of the Executive Directors at 1st Amendment Network. I was born in Vietnam and raised in Columbus, OH. My passion for film has led me to pursue and receive a Certificate in Cinematography and Editing from the Film Connection. In my free time I enjoy watching movies within any genre, playing video games and when the timing permits, traveling. My goal in the industry is to completely change the game and aim to make what was once deemed impossible, possible. I wish to ensure that everyone, no matter their race, religious believes, and practices are heard and respected.
